I facilitate psychedelic plant medicine* ceremonies to explore your own consciousness for the purpose of healing and exploration**. Beforehand, I will meet with you to fully prepare you for the journey.
Using a specific blend of cannabis, these ceremonies create a safe, sacred container for you to journey into the depths of your inner world to explore the peace and power within you. I am constantly amazed at the similarities between the traditions and practices used to get into the space. My ceremonies aim to foster a reconnection with your inner nature, which is an extension of the Earth itself.
I focus on getting you into a state where you can grow your gratitude for all that this miraculous life is. Cannabis, though not considered a classical psychedelic, is a particularly gentle, but powerful and versatile plant medicine–one of the great benefits being that you maintain more agency over your journey. As you clear the blockages that make it so hard to connect with your inner voice, you become aware of the root of your issues, and you can begin to cultivate the insights and potential within you. While I hold space for you, I can be your sounding-board, but also be your scribe– to record and remember some of these revelations for later discussion.
A few days after the ceremony(s), we will meet again for an integration session aimed at finding ways to bring your newfound insights and goals into everyday life. Note: I can also work with your therapist. My services are offered remotely (virtually anywhere with a decent internet connection) or in-person, in the Raleigh-Durham-Chapel Hill Triangle area. This is the general schedule of my protocol:

I would like to make my services accessible to everyone and honestly would do it for free if I didn’t have mouths to feed. In the psychedelic space, there is a false narrative that you have to drop $3000 + a plane ticket out-of-the country to go to a retreat to have these experiences. I aim to make my services as affordable as possible and ideally, in time, you will be able to journey on your own (for free!) and ultimately live more consciously in everyday life, with or without medicine!

** I do not claim any particular lineage and I would say my ceremonies do not lean heavily into any tradition. I am also not super clinical or psycholytic in my sessions; I try to find a happy medium that is inclusive of all traditions, identities, and walks-of-life. If you have anything that is near-and-dear to you, it is definitely another ally we can use!
