The Process

INITIAL PREPARATIONS

  1. Fill out this Inquiry Form and I will contact you in the next 1-3 days for a free Discovery call.  If we feel we are a good fit and my services fit your needs, you will be sent a participant agreement and questionnaire. 
  2. I will review your questionnaire responses and we will have a 1-hour Initial discussion to get to know eachother.
  3. If we decide to proceed, we will schedule a Preparation session for the ceremony. At this point, an invoice will be created.

PLANT MEDICINE CEREMONY

  1. Preparatory Session: During our 1-hour prep session, we will invite an intention for the ceremony and go over what to expect, as well as any questions or concerns. We will decide where to perform the ceremony–in the comfort of your own home, at a space I provide, or virtually. If we determine that a psychedelic ceremony is not a good match for us at this time, payment for the ceremony and integration services can be refunded. If you are somewhat familiar with psychedelics, you may have heard the terms “set and setting”. This means before going into a journey, you need to be in the right mindset and in a safe setting. A third “S” would be skill–some of which I can teach you to help you navigate the space. 
  1. The Ceremony(s): After a short check-in, the 3-5 hour ceremony will begin and follow this general structure.
    1. Short guided meditation
    2. Imbibing ceremony
    3. Lay down for body scan meditation
    4. Immersive music* and deepen into the journey**
    5. Self-care break at halfway point
    6. Deepen back into the space.
    7. Return and debrief.

*Music is a big ally in ceremony; it is used as a substrate in which to grow consciousness. I DJ the journey as it evolves and I will share the playlist with you afterwards, so you can revisit points in the journey. 

**Every journey is different. Some are very somatic with a lot of physical sensation and energetic releases. Others may go deep into a thought, emotion, or memory. Some may remain in quiet contemplation or some may be called to talk or require more guiding. There is no wrong way to journey. Whichever way suits you and whatever challenges come up, I will be by your side to be your ally. 

INTEGRATION

Integration Session: Ideally 2-3 days following the ceremony, we will meet to delve deeper into the experience–processing what came up during the journey and helping set a course for what you want to bring into your life. 

This is just the beginning of integration, a process that can take weeks to years. 

Further integration sessions will be available depending on your needs.
